中医针灸正骨对胫骨平台骨折患者康复的影响

摘要
目的分析对胫骨平台骨折术后患者给予中医针灸正骨治疗对患者康复的影响。方法选取本院骨科2016年5月—2018年5月收治的86例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受手术治疗。将术后应用早期康复训练的43例患者设为参照组,将术后应用早期康复训练联合中医针灸正骨治疗的43例患者设为实验组,观察并记录两组患者康复效果。结果研究组膝关节功能恢复优良率(88.37%)高于参照组,且并发症发生率(2.33%)低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组术后12周的Lysholm评分、关节活动度较术后7 d明显改善,且改善情况优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸正骨结合早期康复训练能改善患肢肿胀等症状,降低术后相关并发症发生率,促进患者术后膝关节功能、关节活动度恢复。
Objective To analyze the effect of TCM acupuncture and moxibustion bone combined with early rehabilitation training on postoperative rehabilitation of tibial plateau fracture patients. Methods 86 patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to the orthopedic department of our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. All patients received surgical treatment. 43 patients who received early rehabilitation training after operation were assigned to the control group. 43 patients treated with early rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and bone-setting were divided into experimental group. Rehabilitation effects of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results The excellent and good rate of knee joint function recovery in the study group(88.37%) was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications(2.33%) was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The Lysholm score and range of motion of the experimental group at12 weeks after operation were significantly improved compared with 7 days after operation, and the improvement was better than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with early rehabilitation training can improve symptoms such as swelling of affected limbs, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and promote the recovery of knee joint function and range of motion.
