疏肝健脾法治疗干燥综合征临床应用

摘要
干燥综合征常见于中老年女性,是一种自身免疫性疾病,发病机制较为复杂,其病变由外分泌腺涉及多个脏腑,尤以肝、脾为主。肝藏血、主疏泄,助五脏气化功能以布津;脾升清、主运化,为气血津液生化之源。本文结合案例,介绍了疏肝健脾法治疗干燥综合征的应用,可为临床诊疗提供一定参考。
Sj?gren syndrome is common in middle-aged and elderly women. It is an autoimmune disease with complex pathogenesis. The lesions are caused by multiple secretions from the exocrine glands, especially liver and spleen. Liver can restore blood, responsible for dredging, which can help the five-organs conduct gasification function; spleen can ascend vital materials, responsible for transportation, which is the origin of qi, blood and fluids.Combined with medical cases, this article introduced the application of soothing the liver and invigorating spleen in the treatment of Sj?gren syndrome, which could provide some references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
