摘要
目的研究鹿衔草多糖对小鼠免疫活性的影响。方法分别采用正常小鼠模型和免疫抑制小鼠模型,以生理盐水为空白对照组,香菇多糖为阳性对照组,灌服鹿衔草多糖,观察小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响及溶血素和溶血空斑形成的影响。结果与空白对照组相比,鹿衔草多糖组可显著提高正常小鼠和免疫低下小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数,促进溶血素和溶血空斑的形成,其中以0.1g·kg~(-1)鹿衔草多糖剂量组作用为最佳。结论实验研究表明鹿衔草多糖具有明显的免疫增强作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the influence of Pyrola calliantha H.Andres Polysaccharides on immune activity of mouse.METHODS Normal mouse and immunosuppressive mouse were used respectively.Saline was used as blank control group and lentinan was used as positive control group.Pyrola calliantha H.Andres Polysaccharides was administered to observe the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages and the effect of hemolysin and hemolytic plaque formation in mouse RESULTS Compared with the blank control group,Pyrola calliantha H.Andres Polysaccharides could significantly increase the phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages of normal mouse and immunocompromised mouse to chicken red blood cells,and promote the formation of hemolysin and hemolytic plaque.Among them,Pyrola calliantha H.Andres Polysaccharides dosage group of 0.1 g·kg~(-1) had the best effect.CONCLUSION Pyrola calliantha H.Andres Polysaccharides have obviously effect of increase immunity.
