摘要

作为高校教育的"第二课堂",大学生社团一直被认为是提高大学生综合素质、引导大学生能力发展和适应社会、促进大学生顺利成才和就业的重要途径和有效载体。大学生社团的凝聚力培育是有效发挥社团作用的重要基石。从分析我国高校大学生社团发展的现状与问题、小组工作的特点入手,认为大学生社团凝聚力的培育应该借鉴小组工作的相关理念与路径方法,通过小组工作的嵌入,加强相关制度、专业人员、指导平台和硬件基本设施的建设,促进大学生社团建设和凝聚力的培育,实现大学生社团的良性发展,真正发挥社团在大学生素质和能力提升中的重要作用。
        As the second class of college education,college student associations have always been regarded as an important way and effective carrier for improving the overall quality of college students,guiding the development of college students' ability and adapting to society,and promoting the smooth development and employment of college students.This article believes that the cohesion construction of college students' associations is an important cornerstone for the effective functioning of associations.Starting from the status quo and problems of the development of university student associations in China and the characteristics of group work,the cultivation and construction of college student community cohesion should draw on the related concepts and approaches of group work.Through the embedding of group work,and strengthening the construction of related systems,professionals,guidance platforms,and basic hardware facilities,this will promote the fostering and construction of the cohesiveness of college students' communities and truly develop the quality and ability of students' associations in the students.
