摘要
实践教学为目标的职高社会工作专业群建设运行机制,是以构建高职社工专业群为基本思路,主动服务学校所在城市和地区高端服务业的发展定位与布局,优化调整专业群结构并强化专业内涵建设,政校行社协同搭建实践教学平台,借助各种优势,引进优质资源,提升教学水平。社工专业群内涵建设需要基于社工行业岗位群调查、基于社工服务过程系统化学习领域课程构建、以实践教学效果为引领构建人才培养模式、建设具有典型社工行业气质的专业教师队伍。社工专业群可持续发展运行机制建设,与招生、资源配置、教学科研、就业等环节政校行社长期协同增效。
        The operation mechanism of the specialty development of Social Workers in higher vocational colleges, which aims at practical teaching, is based on the idea of constructing curriculum modules of Social Workers, thus actively serves the need of high-end service industry in the cities and regions where the colleges are located, optimizes and adjusts the course structure and further helps develops this specialty. The government, college, industry and society can work together to build practical teaching platform by taking all kinds of advantages and introducing various good-quality resources. The connotation development of the courses of this specialty needs to be done through workplace survey, developing curriculum and systematic learning based on service process, developing talent training mode guided by practical teaching effect, and developing highly professional staff. The construction of sustainable operation mechanism of the specialty development of Social Workers includes long-term collaboration among the government, colleges, industry and society in student enrollment, resource allocation, teaching and research, employment and so on.
