摘要

科技创新是推动一个国家持续发展的动力与源泉,其规律和特点决定了政府在其中的重要作用,不论是从理论上还是从实践上来看,政府都需要对科技创新活动进行宏观治理,并通过提高科技创新管理水平,健全科技创新政策体系,营造良好创新环境等方面不断创新宏观治理机制。
        Scientific and technological innovation is the power and source to promote a country's sustainable development. The laws and characteristics of scientific and technological innovation determine the important role of the government. Whether in theory or in practice,the government must carry on the macroscopic governance to the science and technology innovation. And the government can constantly innovate the macro-governance mechanism by improving the management level of scientific and technological innovation,improving the policy system of scientific and technological innovation and creating a favorable environment for innovation.
