摘要
断裂芯棒接长杆所用材料为5CrNiMo热作模具钢。通过断口宏微观观察、化学成分、力学性能检测、金相检验和能谱分析等试验,确定芯棒接长杆的断裂性质及断裂原因。结果表明:芯棒接长杆的失效性质为脆性断裂,芯棒接长杆没有经过调质处理,致使该材料部分力学性能结果不符合要求,同时S、Cr、C元素含量高于技术要求,杂质元素易在晶界上偏聚造成沿晶弱化,从而加速断裂。
The material of the fracture mandrel connecting long rod is 5CrNiMo hot working die steel. The fracture properties and fracture reasons of the mandrel connecting long rod were determined by means of macro-microcosmic observation, chemical composition, mechanical property testing, metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that, the failure property of mandrel connecting long rod is brittle fracture, and the mandrel connecting long rod has not been quenched and tempered, some mechanical properties of the material do not meet the requirements. At the same time, the content of S, Cr and C elements is higher than the technical requirements, and impurity elements tend to segregate on grain boundaries and cause intergranular weakening and accelerate the fracture.
