伤寒“或然症”对阴阳“开阖枢”的启示

摘要
从三阴三阳"开阖枢"的角度对伤寒或然症条文进行尝试性阐释。认为三阴三阳是对人体气化六种状态的表述,伤寒"或然症"的条文实是对阴阳"枢机"的高度概括和示例。少阳、少阴为六经阴阳气化之枢,其机以畅利为要。若枢机运转失职,一身阴阳之运转、温养、激发功能紊乱,必然出现百病丛生。少阳为阳之枢,枢机运转,水火气机得以升降自如。柴胡证涉及脏腑众多,恰恰说明少阳枢机涉及范围广泛、症目繁多,非文字所能陈述,故仲景只能以"或然"省文而已。少阴枢机不利而引起阴阳敷布失常,水不得气化而导致全身三焦、多脏腑功能失调,症状亦是繁多。太阴为由阳入阴之始。太阴不开,阳不得布,运化失常。理中丸方剂加减就是立足于太阴枢机不利而导致阳虚水停的病机而设。小青龙汤证则属于太阳、太阴"开"机不利。
This paper attempts to explain the provisions of Shanghan " Huoran symptom" from the perspective of Sanyin Sanyang.It is believed that Sanyin Sanyang are the expressions of six states of qi transformation in human body,and the provisions of Shanghan " Huoran symptom" are a high generalization and example of " Shuji" of yin and yang. Shaoyang and Shaoyin are the pivots of yin yang and qi transformation of six channels,and they must be smooth. If the Shuji fails to function properly,the yin and yang's operation,warm nourishing,stimulating dysfunction of the whole body will inevitably lead to a series of diseases. Shaoyang is the pivot of yang. If the Shuji runs,and water,fire and qi transformation can be lifted and lowered freely. Chaihu symptom involves a large number of organs,which means that the Shuji of Shaoyang involves a wide range of subjects and a wide range of symptoms.It can be stated in non-text,so Zhongjing can only use the word " Huoran". Shaoyin Shuji unfavorable causes yin and yang to transport abnormally,water can not be vaporized,resulting in sanjiao,multi-organism dysfunction. Symptoms are also numerous. Taiyin is the beginning of the yin. If the yin does not work,the yang cannot be transported,and the transportation is dysfunctional. Lizhong Pill Prescription is based on the adverse mechanism of Taiyin Shuji,which leads to the stagnation water causing by yang deficiency. Xiaoqinglong Decoction symptom belongs to " Kai" ji Buli Taiyang,the Taiyin.
