摘要
排卵功能障碍指卵泡发育异常、稀发排卵、无排卵,是导致不孕症主要病因。卵泡发育成熟和卵子正常排出是受精卵形成不可缺少两个阶段。目前临床上,西医治疗该病主要是诱发排卵助孕,但其会有不良反应。导师以补肾填精为主要治则治疗该病,临床疗效显著。本文通过介绍导师治疗原发性不孕验案2例,分析助孕一号遣方用药及其在促进卵泡发育阶段发挥的作用。
        Ovulation dysfunction refers to follicular dysplasia, oocyte elimination disorder, is the main cause of primary infertility.Follicular development and egg excretion are two indispensable stages of fertilized egg formation. At present, Western medicine treatment of the disease is mainly induced ovulation to help pregnancy, but it will have adverse reactions. Mentors to tonifying the kidney and filling essence as the main treatment of the disease, the clinical efficacy is remarkable. In this paper, 2 cases of primary infertility treated by tutors were introduced, and the effect of Zhu-Yun-1 prescription in promoting follicular development was analyzed.
