摘要
针对现有的少齿差传动装置承载能力和运行平稳性等问题,设计了一种新型小模数少齿差行星轮减速器.该减速器具有均载分流、运行平稳、响应迅速等优点.为了揭示其结构与传动特性的关系,运用SolidWorks软件建立了减速器的三维模型,并导入ADAMS软件中,构建了虚拟样机模型并进行运动学和动力学仿真,模拟减速器在工作中啮合力在时域和频域上的动态变化曲线,同时输出其他运动物理参数曲线.得到仿真结果与理论计算值大致吻合,验证了虚拟样机仿真的正确性.表明本新型少齿差行星轮减速器设计的合理性与可靠性,同时为以后小模数少齿差行星轮减速器的优化设计提供了理论指导.
        In light of the issues such as carrying capacity and the running smoothness of gear with small tooth deference,a new type of a small modules planetary gear reducer with small tooth deference is designed.This new reducer has advantages such as mean load,running smoothly and quickly.In order to reveal its working principle and movement,a three-dimensional model of gear reducer is established by SolidWorks Software;and then the 3 Dmodel is imported into ADAMS to achiveve the virtual prototype model.Taking ADAMS software as a platform to complete kinematical and dynamic simulations,the dynamic change rule of the gear mesh force in time-domain and frequency-domain in the process of inside gearing is simulated.The simulation results are roughly in accordance with ones of theoretical calculation,so as to prove the correctness of virtual prototype model.The rationality and reliability are proved on this new planetary gear reducer,which will provide the theoretical guidance for the design of fine-pitch small tooth deference planetary gear reducer.
