摘要
研究了一种新型大重合度内啮合齿轮传动的齿形设计原理及方法。齿顶齿形采用摆线,啮合圆介于内外齿轮节圆之间。该型齿轮副特别适用于少齿差传动,传动过程中,可保证多对齿同时啮合,且压力角小,能显著改善轮齿及轴受力状态。由于只有齿顶部分参与啮合,避免了根切等缺陷。该型传动兼具精密传动与重载传动特点,传动平稳,承载能力大,精度、刚度、效率较高。试验结果及有限元分析验证了该传动的优越性能,为其工程应用提供了理论和技术支撑。
A new type of internal gearing transmission with high contact ratio is investigated,and the design principle and method for the tooth profile is put forward. By applying two pieces of special cycloid,the meshing circle is just between the two pitch circles. This type of gear pair is especially suitable for small tooth difference gear transmission,in the process of the gear transmission,simultaneous meshing of multiple pairs of teeth can be ensured,and the pressure angle is small,the stress state of gear teeth and axis can be significantly improved. Moreover,because only addendum involving in meshing,such defects as root cutting are avoided.Prototype test and EFM analysis show a significant performance,the driving being much more smoothly,the torque delivering capacity being much greater,and the accuracy,the stiffness and the efficiency being much higher. At the same time,a theoretical and technical support for engineering application is provided.
