摘要
根据少齿差行星齿轮传动的定义可知,变位系数的取值是少齿差行星齿轮减速器设计的关键;通过分析和对比常用变位系数选取方法,基于变位齿轮变位系数选择的限制条件理论,并使用Matlab软件进行辅助计算,提出了一个渐开线少齿差行星齿轮变位系数的取值方法;实例验证得到Matlab编程比常规设计计算出的外齿轮变位系数小但重合度却大,结果表明Matlab编程可行性较高。
        According to the definition of planetary gear transmission with small teeth difference,the selection of value of modification coefficient is the key in the design of planetary gear reducer with small teeth difference. By analyzing and comparing common modification coefficient selection method,based on the constraints theory of the displacement gear modification coefficient selection and using Matlab software assisted calculation,a small teeth difference planetary involute gear modification coefficient value selection method is presented.Through the examples of validation,the external gear modification coefficient calculated by Matlab programming is smaller than calculated by conventional design,but has a large degree of the contact ratio,the results show the feasibility of Matlab programming is higher.
