摘要
八项职业核心能力,是指在职业生涯中除岗位专业能力以外的八项基本能力,它们适用于各个职业并能适应岗位的不断变化,是伴随人一生的可持续发展能力。本文首先尝试借鉴八项职业核心能力的特点来制定大专院校大学英语教学目标来改进当前的教学方式,并在教学过程设计了相应的四个阶段来完成设计的教学目标。
Eight vocational core competencies refer to eight basic competencies besides professional competencies in the career.They are applicable to all occupations and can adapt to the continuous changes of different posts. They are the abilities of sustainable development accompanied by people's life. Firstly,this paper tries to draw lessons from the characteristics of eight core vocational abilities to formulate the improvement of college English teaching objectives,and design four stages in the course to improve the teaching patterns.
