中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的系统评价

摘要
目的系统评价中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法收集中文期刊全文数据库中发表的中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床试验研究资料,采用Jadad质量标准对文献进行评价,并利用RevMan 5.3软件对多个研究结果的总体效应进行Meta分析,并进行敏感性分析;用漏斗图分析发表性偏倚。结果 16篇文献符合纳入标准,16篇文献均为低质量文献。中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;敏感性分析显示,结果无显著性差异,评价结果较为稳定;漏斗图图形不对称,考虑有发表性偏倚。结论中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎有一定疗效,仍需大样本、多中心、随机双盲对照试验进一步证实其有效性及安全性。
Objective Systematic evaluation of the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of Ulcerative Colitis. Methods All reports of clinical trials of retention-enema of Chinese herb treating Ulcerative Colitis. All literatures were assessed via Jadad quality standard and the Meta-Analysis to the total effect of the study results was evaluated by the statistical software of RevMan.5.3.Sensitivity were an analyzed; funnel-plot analysis was used to identify the publication bias. Results Sixteen documents met the inclusion criteria and they were low quality literature. The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Sensitivity analysis showed that the evaluation results were stable; the funnel graph was asymmetrical, considering the existence of publication bias. Conclusion Chinese medicine retention enema has certain curative effect on ulcerative colitis. It also needs strict design, large sample, multi-center, randomized double-blind controlled trial to further confirm its effectiveness and safety.
