基于医院管理队伍职业化建设的几点思考

摘要
近年来,我国的医疗卫生事业在政府的领导下开展了新一轮的改革,在医疗制度改革的大背景下,医院渐渐地从"传统化管理"向"职业化管理"过渡,医院管理人员职业化建设也被提上改革的日程。医院管理队伍职业化是实现医院科学管理的前提和基础。从现阶段医院发展状况来看,非职业化管理人员的管理方式无法适应现代医院管理模式,这种非职业化的管理严重阻碍了医院的经济发展。因此,为了深化医药卫生体制改革、在激烈的市场竞争中保有一席之地、顺应知识经济的潮流、推动医院科学管理、促进医院健康持续发展,医院管理队伍的职业化建设势在必行。医院管理队伍职业化关键在于建立医院管理队伍职业化用人机制,大力开展职业化培训,加强职业化道德建设,为医院管理队伍职业化健全保障机制。本文分析总结了医院管理人员的现状、探讨了医院管理人员职业化建设的必要性以及医院管理人员职业化建设的具体措施。
In recent years, China's medical and health undertakings under the leadership of the government carried out a new round of reform, under the background of the reform of medical system, hospital gradually from "traditional management" transition to "career management, professional construction of hospital management personnel have also been put on the reform of the schedule. The professionalization of hospital management team is the premise and foundation to realize scientific management of hospital. From the current situation of hospital development, the management of non professional management personnel can not adapt to the modern hospital management model, this kind of non professional management has seriously hindered the hospital's economic development. Therefore, in order to deepen the reform of the medical and health system, in the fierce competition in the market place to maintain, conform to the trend of knowledge economy and promote the scientific management of hospital and promote the healthy and sustainable development of a hospital, hospital management team of professional construction is imperative. The key point of hospital management team is to establish the mechanism of hospital management team, to carry out professional training, to strengthen the construction of professional ethics, and to improve the security system for hospital management team. This paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of hospital management personnel, discusses the necessity of the construction of hospital management personnel and the specific measures for the construction of hospital management personnel.
