精细化护理干预在异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果浅析

摘要
目的分析评价异常子宫出血患者采取精细化护理干预方法的效果。方法该次采取随机分组法,将该院于2017年1月—2018年1月收治的68例异常子宫出血患者分成两组;其中,对照组34例给予常规护理方法,观察组34例给予精细化护理干预方法,进一步比较两组护理效果。结果①观察组出血时间为(11.23±2.56)d,明显短于对照组的(15.69±2.64)d,两组数据差异有统计学意义(t=6.259,P<0.05)。同时,观察组出血量为(113.95±12.87)m L,明显少于对照组的(148.29±5.24)m L,两组数据差异有统计学意义(t=11.237,P<0.05)。②观察组护理总满意度统计结果是97.06%,和对照组的67.65%对比显著要高(χ2=12.459,P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对异常子宫出血患者,给予精细化护理干预的效果显著;因此,具备推广及应用的价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of careful nursing intervention in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A randomized grouping method was used to divide 68 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018. Among them, 34 patients in the control group were given routine nursing methods, and 34 patients in the observation group were given fine nursing intervention method; further comparing the nursing effects of the two groups. Results 1.The bleeding time of the observation group was(11.23±2.56)d, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group(15.69±2.64)d. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=6.259, P<0.05). At the same time, the amount of bleeding in the observation group was(113.95±12.87)m L, which was significantly less than that in the control group(148.29±5.24) mL. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=11.237, P<0.05). 2.The statistical result of total satisfaction of the observation group was97.06%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 67.65%(χ2=12.459, P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical practice, the effect of providing refined nursing intervention for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding is significant; therefore, it has the value of promotion and application.
