摘要

食品安全检测技术是保障食品安全的重要技术支撑和基础,在我国有着特殊的意义。文章主要针对我国食品安全检测技术的应用发展现状进行了探究,并分析了食品安全检测技术未来的发展方向,以供参考。
        Food safety testing technology is an important technical support and foundation for food safety, and has special significance in China. The article mainly probes into the application development status of China's food safety testing technology, and analyzes the future development direction of food safety testing technology for reference.
