摘要
提出一种基于智能手机的比色算法,利用智能手机摄像头作为光学探测器定量检测分析蛋白浓度。实验采用二喹啉甲酸法(BCA)检测蛋白浓度,手机相机对传统96孔板上反应完成后的显色溶液采集图像。经图像比色法后绘制的标准曲线与四参数模型表现出良好的一致性(R2=0. 9992),测量结果与商用酶标仪的分析测量结果相符合。此外,为了进一步验证方法的可行性和准确性,实验对57份血样中的蛋白浓度检测,基于手机检测系统的浓度测量结果与酶标仪检测的浓度误差在10%以内。该方法可适用于即时诊断、体外诊断和家用自我检测等领域。
A colorimetric method based on smart phone was proposed,which used smart phone camera as optical detector to quantitatively detect and analyze protein concentration. The protein concentration was detected by bicinchoninic acid assay( BCA) method. The cell phone camera collected images from the color solution on the traditional 96 well plates. The standard curve fitted by the image colorimetric method was in good agreement with the four parameter model( R~2= 0. 9992),and the results were consistent with those generated by the commercial plate reader. In addition,in order to further verify the feasibility and accuracy of the method,the protein concentration in 57 blood samples was detected. The concentration error of mobile phone detection and plate reader was less than 10%.This finding can be applied to real-time diagnosis,in vitro diagnosis and home-based monitoring.
