耳复康口服液对顺铂致豚鼠耳聋的影响

摘要
目的探究耳复康口服液对顺铂所致豚鼠耳聋的影响。方法腹腔注射顺铂注射液4 mg/kg致豚鼠耳聋,造模成功后,将豚鼠随机分为6组,每组12只。除空白组及模型组外,其余各组给予相应药物,耳聋左慈丸组给予耳聋左慈丸2.7 g/kg,耳复康大、中、小剂量组给予耳复康口服液18、9、4.5 ml/kg,1次/d,持续给药14 d。观察豚鼠听觉耳动反射,检测血清中SOD、MDA,观察耳蜗组织病理切片。结果与空白组比较,模型组动物耳廓反射显著减弱(P<0.01),说明模型制作成功。与模型组相比,耳复康大、中、小剂量均可显著改善顺铂致豚鼠听觉耳动反射情况(P<0.01);耳复康大、中剂量可显著改善豚鼠听力总反应能量,升高血清SOD水平,降低MDA水平(P<0.01),耳复康小剂量可明显改善豚鼠听力总反应能量、升高SOD水平,降低MDA水平(P<0.05),改善耳蜗病理组织。结论耳复康口服液能对抗顺铂所致豚鼠耳聋的情况。
Objective To investigate the effect of Erfukang oral liquid on guinea pigs with cisplatin-induced deafness.Methods The models of deafness guinea pigs were induced by intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin(4 mg/kg).After successful modeling,the guinea pigs were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group,model group,Erlongzuoci pill group(2.7 g/kg),Erfukang oral liquid large-,medium-and small-dose groups(18,9 and 4.5 ml/kg).Except normal group and model group,the other groups were given the corresponding drugs for 14 d in a row,once daily.The auditory aural reflex of guinea pigs was observed,and the contents of SOD and MDA in serum were detected.The pathological sections of cochlear tissue were observed.Results Compared with normal group,the auricular reflex in model group was significantly weakened(P<0.01),which indicated that the model was successfully established.Compared with model group,the auditory aural reflex induced by cisplatin of the guinea pigs in Erfukang oral liquid groups was significantly improved(P<0.01);the total hearing response energy of guinea pigs in Erfukang oral liquid groups was improved,and the serum SOD level was increased,while the MDA level was decreased(P<0.01 in large and medium-dose groups,P<0.05 in small-dose group);the cochlear pathological tissue in guinea pigs was improved.Conclusion Erfukang oral liquid can antagonize the deafness induced by cisplatin in guinea pigs.
