摘要
在对轻烃卸车缓冲罐焊缝进行无损检测时,常规超声检测无法准确分析其缺陷,所以选用超声成像检测法(超声相控阵检测法和超声衍射时差法)对缓冲罐焊缝进行检测,结果表明:这两种方法能够对缺陷的性质和大小做出准确判断,可以及时消除安全隐患。
In the non-destructive testing of light hydrocarbon unloading buffer tank welds, the conventional ultrasonic testing can not accurately analyze the defects, so the ultrasonic imaging method(ultrasonic phased array detection method and ultrasonic time-of-flight diffraction) is used to the welds of the buffer tank welds. The results show that the two methods can make accurate judgments on the character and size of the defects and eliminate potential hazards to safety.
