高职生职业生涯初期就业稳定性研究——以江苏建筑职业技术学院为例

摘要
高职毕业生近年来存在职业生涯初期稳定性不高,就业质量和满意度较低等问题。基于对江苏建筑职业技术学院近三年毕业生就业进行的实证调研与数据分析,探索影响高职院校毕业生职业生涯初期稳定性的影响因素,并通过加强宏观调控、调整用人机制、回归教育本质、建立生涯规划等四个方面提出相应对策建议。
Employment stability in the initial stage of the career of graduates in higher vocational colleges has been lowered in recent years.The employment quality and degree of satisfaction is low.Based on empirical research and data analysis on the employment of graduates in Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Architectural Technology for nearly three years,this research explores the influence factors on employment stability in the initial stage of career of graduates in higher vocational colleges,and brings forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening macro regulation and control.It also adjusts the employment mechanism,returning to the essence of education and establishing career planning.
