大学生就业预期匹配程度研究:以北京市为例

摘要
利用"2012年首都高校学生发展调查"数据,从毕业去向、就业地点和行业三个方面定量分析大学生就业预期与实际情况的匹配程度,研究发现:目前大学生就业预期匹配程度并不高;女大学生和曾在重点高中就读学生的匹配度相对较低;学生干部的经历与行业匹配正相关;有着较好在校表现的学生实现三种匹配的可能性反而较低,但同时具备较好在校成绩和具有实习经历的大学生在这三个方面均最有可能实现就业预期的匹配。
        Using the data in 2012from the Student Development Survey in Beijing Area, it analyzed the matching degree of the graduates' employment expectations and the employment realization from such three dimensions as graduate destination,employment region and employment industry.It found that the matching degree of the graduates' employment expectations weren't high;that of female graduates and the students who graduated from the key high schools were relatively lower;the matching between the experience of student leaders and the employment industry was positively related;while,the three matching probabilities of the students who performed well were lower.However,the students who possessed excellent grades and internship experience could realize their employment expectations in these three dimensions.
