摘要

按照就业需求开展高校服装设计教学,能使学生在学校获得工作体验,以便更好地顺应就业市场的需求。本课题从教学的思路、内容、方法和考核4个方面入手,探究就业导向下高校服装设计教学的实践策略,提高人才培养质量。
        According to the demand of employment, the teaching of fashion design in Colleges and universities can enable students to obtain work experience in schools, so as to better meet the needs of the employment market. Therefore, this paper explores the practical strategies of College apparel design teaching under the guidance of employment from the four main aspects of teaching ideas, content, methods and assessment, so as to improve the quality of personnel training.
