摘要
近年来,大学生就业难的问题被广泛提及,但与此同时,企业用人荒、用工难的问题也被集中暴露,这种供需双方的矛盾,让人不得不深思与警醒大学生的职业素养和就业能力是否符合劳动力市场的要求。本文将以此为研究主题来展开阐述,开篇先点出职业素养和就业能力的构成元素,接着分析了培养大学生职业素养和就业能力的思路方向,最后从方法论的角度具体阐述了可以怎样做。在大学生就业难问题的社会环境背景下,本文希望给读者带来有价值的启发和思考。
In recent years,the issue of graduate unemployment is broadly discussed,while at the same time,the uprising difficulty for enterprises in hiring suitable workers is also exposed. This supply and demand contradiction has led to the discussion on whether the professional qualification and employability of university graduates can meet the need of the labor market. This article will discuss and analyze the foresaid issue,which begins with setting out the formation elements of professional qualification and ability at work,followed by analyzing the ways and direction to cultivating and developing ability of students. Last but not least,it addresses with methodology on how the ideas can be put into action. In view of the social phenomenon of graduate unemployment,it is hoped that this article will bring upon valuable inspirations and reflections to readers.
