摘要
目前,高职学生就业主流模式为学生与企业之间"双选"模式,因此,对学生的就业能力提出了更高的要求。职业能力、通用能力、心理素质是就业能力所包含的必要条件,学生通过参加职业技能竞赛,可以锻炼这三项能力,从而提升自己的就业能力。然而,技能竞赛在发展过程中暴露出了一些消极因素,导致学生参赛的积极性不高。基于此,文章采用问卷调查及SPSS软件,对竞赛与就业能力进行相关性实证分析,探究出竞赛对高职学生就业能力具有正向积极的影响作用,提出职业技能竞赛促进就业能力提升的积极策略,以期从根本上解决高职学生就业能力不足的问题。
At present,the mainstream employment mode of higher vocational students is two-way selection mode between students and enterprises.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for students' employment ability.Vocational ability,general ability and psychological quality are necessary for employment ability,while students can improve their employment ability by participating in vocational skill competitions.However,due to negative effects of skill competitions in the development process,students are less motivated to take part in the competitions.In view of this problem,an empirical analysis was carried out based on a questionnaire survey and SPSS software to analyze the correlation between competitions and students' employment ability,and it was concluded that competitions have a positive effect on the employment ability of higher vocational students,which can inspire students' enthusiasm for participation.Lastly,strategies to promote the positive effects of competitions on strengthening higher vocational students' employment ability were proposed,which fundamentally solved the problem that higher vocational students lack employment ability.
