摘要
芬兰国家技能大赛是芬兰提高国家职业教育培训质量、促进芬兰与其他国家职业教育培训交流的一个重要途径。芬兰国家技能大赛包括Taitaja、Taitaja PLUS、Taitaja9,共有五十多个项目,其竞赛特征包括竞争性、公平性、导向性、发展性、教育性等。技能大赛目的是为了促进技能和职业教育培训的卓越发展,为技能大赛参与者的职业生涯规划奠定基础,发挥产教融合的作用,促进国家经济发展,增加各国交流与合作。
The Finnish national skills competition is an important way for Finland to improve the quality of national vocational education training and to promote the exchange of vocational education and training between Finland and other countries. The Finnish national skills competition includes Taitaja,TaitajaPlus,Taitaja9,with more than 50 projects,and its competition culture includes competitiveness,fairness,orientation,development,education and so on. The purpose of the skills competition is to promote the excellent development of skills and vocational education training,to lay the foundation for career planning for participants in skills competitions,to play the role of integration of production and education and to develop national economy and to increase international cooperation.
