医疗机构互联网门诊系统总体架构设计与应用分析

摘要
目的:整合医院门诊系统,实现线上医患病情交互、检查预约申请、线下治疗问诊的医疗机构一体化门诊医疗业务。方法:设计基于互联网的移动端门诊系统,构建新型互联网医院门诊平台,实现从智能导诊、预约挂号、检查申请、检查预约、网上支付、检查与结果推送、患者电子病历整合、全程智能引导、自助打印服务、线上线下医患互动的一站式全程医疗服务模式。结果:实现基于"一码通"的医院系统与患者之间的信息交互,并推动医院门诊电子病历生成、无纸无胶片化、处方终端确认、患者满意度调查等相关医疗业务。结论:通过建设在区域卫生信息主管部门监管下的医院互联网门诊系统,有助于实现医疗机构间的检查检验结果互认、医疗信息共享和自动生成患者健康档案。
Objective: To integrate hospital outpatient system, and build an integrated platform which can realize online communication between the doctor and the patient, examination reservation application, off-line examination together. Methods:Design a moving outpatient system based on internet, build up new internet hospital outpatient platform, to realize an integrated hospital service mode which can combine intelligent navigation, enrollment reservation, examination application, reservation, online payment, examination result notification, patients medical record integrate, intelligent guiding during entire journey, self-service printing, on-line and off-line communication between the doctor and the patient. Results: Based on "one code only", the doctor and the patient can communicate much more convenient, promote medical service such as hospital outpatient electronic medical record generation, paperless and filmless, prescription confirmation on terminal, patient satisfaction survey, etc. Conclusion: Through the construction of the hospital Internet outpatient system under the supervision of the regional health information authority, it will help realize the mutual recognition of inspection results between medical institutions, medical information sharing and automatic generation of patient health records.
