云南省疾病诊断相关组支付方式改革调查研究——以玉溪市为例

摘要
采用问卷调查和访谈,调查分析云南省玉溪市疾病诊断相关组(DRGs)支付方式改革实践,统计分析2015-2016年9个试点区(县)人民医院的平均住院日、住院次均费用变化,分析玉溪市DRGs支付方式改革效果及问题,提出对策和建议,促进DRGs支付方式改革不断完善。
DRGs payment reform in Yuxi of Yunnan province was surveyed by questionnaire and interview.Analysis was made on the average length of stay and the average hospitalization expenses in 9 hospitals of pilot districts(counties)between 2015 and 2016,as well as the achievements and problems in the reform.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward to improve the DRGs payment reform.
