通脉养心丸对冠心病合并糖尿病PCI术后患者心肌核素显影SSS评分与血浆标志miRNA-126影响的研究

摘要
目的探究通脉养心丸对冠心病合并糖尿病经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后患者心肌核素显影SSS评分与血浆标志miRNA-126的影响。方法随机挑选60例冠心病合并糖尿病PCI术后患者,随机分成对照组及试验组,每组各30例,试验组在规范化西药治疗的基础上给予通脉养心丸进行干预。治疗4周后,通过一般疗效性心绞痛疼指标观察、心肌核素显影对患者进行预后程度判断及血浆中分子标志物miR-126检测。结果临床试验后,试验组患者在心绞痛发作次数及持续时间评分方面显著性低于对照组;心肌核素显影SSS评分结果显示治疗后两组病变均有改善,但试验组效果更为明显;试验组血浆中miR-126表达显著性上调。结论相比常规西药,联合使用通脉养心丸对冠心病合并糖尿病PCI术后患者的治疗效果更为显著,且通脉养心丸中的有效成分可以显著减少微血管病变程度。
Objective To explore the effect of Tongmai Yangxin pills on myocardial radionuclide SSS scoring and plasma marker miRNA-126 in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus after PCI. Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus were randomly selected for this study. These patients were randomly divided into control group and trial group,and 30 patients in each group.Patients in trial group were given with Tongmai Yangxin pills on the basis of standardized western medicine treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment,the prognostic indicators were evaluated by observation of the general curative index of angina pectoris and myocardial radionuclide SSS scoring,and the molecular marker miR-126 in plasma was also detected. Results After the clinical trial,scores of number and duration of angina pectoris in patients of trial group were significantly lower than those of patients in control group. The scores of myocardial radionuclide SSS scale showed that these two groups had both improved after treatment,but the effect of trial group was significantly better than that of control group. The expression level of miR-126 in patients of trial group was significantly up-regulated. Conclusion In comparison with conventional western medicine therapy,the treatment combined with application of Tongmai Yangxin pills is more effective in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus after PCI,and the effective components in Tongmai Yangxin pills can significantly reduce the degree of microvascular pathy.
