置入技巧提高可回收下腔静脉滤器回收率的经验总结

摘要
目的总结有助于提高可回收下腔静脉滤器的回收成功率的下腔静脉滤器置入技巧。方法回顾性分析70例可回收下腔静脉滤器置入患者的临床资料。所有患者下腔静脉滤器释放时位置均良好,回收钩朝向下腔静脉腔内。回收时先行造影了解滤器情况,如下腔静脉无明显血栓,抓捕器套住回收钩后回收滤器。结果成功回收68例,2例患者因高龄未回收。回收率97.14%,技术成功率100%。术中无下腔静脉破裂出血、肺栓塞并发症,取出滤器完整、无折断现象。至少随访半年,患者下腔静脉血流通畅、无血栓形成。结论良好的置入技巧保证下腔静脉滤器位置平衡,回收钩游离端正,使滤器回收更易操作,有助于提高下腔静脉滤器的回收率。
Objective Summarize the inferior vena cava filter placement technique that helps improve the recovery rate of the retractable inferior vena cava filter. Methods From May 2017 to May 2018, seventy patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis formation clearly diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound were imbedded retrievable filter. The inferior vena cava filter was removed easily with the hook of filter endovascular orientation. Results The inferior vena cava filter was successfully removed in 68 of seventy(97.14%) cases with 100% success. Conclusion Good balance position and retrieval hook endovascular orientation on indwelling can make retrieval process more easy. Which can avoid long-term complications of chronically indwelling of inferior vena cava filter, and can reduce the occurrence of complications of removing inferior vena cava.
