张家口市男男性接触人群行为特征和疾病感染状况分析

摘要
目的分析男男性接触人群(Men who have sex with men,MSM)相关行为特征和艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒和丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)等感染状况,为干预该类人群感染HIV制定有效的措施提供基线数据。方法通过对艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)问卷调查和外展干预活动对MSM相关行为和HIV、梅毒等感染状况进行分析。结果到VCT室主动求询者84例,接受外展干预者30例,两者在同性性行为、商业性行为和异性性行为方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);HIV感染率为1.75%(2/114),梅毒感染率为7.02%(8/114),HCV感染率为3.51%(4/114)。结论 MSM是HIV传播高危行为者,其高危性行为可以导致HIV、HCV和梅毒的传播,应采取措施加强对MSM的行为干预。
Objective To investigate behavior characteristics and HIV,Syphilis and HCV infection status among men who have sex with men(MSM) in Zhangjiakou,provide basis data for prevention and control of HIV / STD transmission.Methods To analyze MSM-related behavior characteristics and HIV,Syphilis and so on infection status were analyzed by pass of 'Questionnaire of voluntary counseling and testing' and 'Abducent intervention'.Results There were 84 men who seek voluntary consultation,30 men who were abducent intervented,the difference had statistical significance for their homosexual behavior,commercial sexual behavior and heterosexual behavior(P < 0.01);The infection rate of HIV,syphilis and HCV were 1.75%(2 /114),7.02%(8 /114) and 3.51%(4 /114) respectively.Conclusions MSM are the high risk behavious of HIV,will lead to the epidemic of HIV,HCV and Syphilis,should formulate the intervention strategies for the MSM.
