摘要
比较了高效快速精练剂白净灵LB(仿酶金属活化剂、精练剂、稳定剂复合物)用于棉针织物漂白时,温度、pH、白净灵LB用量、双氧水用量对练漂效果的影响。采用单因素实验确定了棉针织物的漂白工艺:NaOH 0.6 g/L、白净灵LB 1.0 g/L、30%双氧水6 g/L,100℃练漂30 min或110℃练漂15 min。该工艺处理后的织物白度81%~82%、毛效11~12 cm/30 min,强力保留率92%~93%,与传统练漂工艺的处理效果接近;经活性染料染色后织物的染色深度、耐皂洗及耐摩擦色牢度均达到传统练漂工艺的效果。
The influence of temperature, pH, white fairy LB dosage, hydrogen peroxide dosage on bleaching effect were compared when applying highly efficient quick scouring agent, white fairy LB(complex of biomimetic metal activator, scouring agent and stabilizer) on cotton knitwear bleaching. Through single factor experiment method, the cotton knitwear bleaching parameters were settled: caustic soda 0.6 g/L, white fairy LB1.0 g/L, 30% hydrogen peroxide 6 g/L, scouring and bleaching for 30 min at 100 ℃ or 15 min at 110 ℃. After treatment, fabric whiteness could reach 81%~82%, capillary effect 11~12 cm/30 min, strength retention rate92%~93%, which was close to the traditional scouring and bleaching effect. After reactive dyeing, dyeing depth, color fastness to soaping and rubbing of fabric could reach the traditional bleaching effects.
