摘要
研究生科研能力评价对于我国科研人才培养具有重要意义。本文结合矿业高校自身特点,从基础能力、实践能力和创新能力三方面选取26个指标构建矿业高校科研能力评价指标体系。为克服目前评价方法单一和准确性不高的问题,运用集对分析的联系数描述系统的不确定性,运用云模型实现指标的模糊分级,将两者结合建立集对云模型,提高了评价结果的准确性。将该模型应用于矿业高校研究生科研能力评价,通过对调查问卷所得数据进行分析,结果表明:211矿业高校研究生的科研能力强于普通矿业高校研究生的科研能力,与实际情况相符,对高校研究生科研能力评价具有一定的借鉴作用。
        The evaluation of postgraduatesscientific research ability has a great role on the cultivating of scientific research professionals.According to the characteristics of mining universities,this paper selects 26 indexes to build an evaluation index system of mining university postgraduatesscientific research ability from three aspects:basic ability,practical ability and innovative ability.In order to solve not integrated and low accuracy of evaluation methodology,this paper uses connection number of set-pair analysis to describe the uncertainty of this system,utilizes cloud model to realize the fuzzy classification of index.Besides,this paper combines two methods to build set-pair cloud model,which improves the accuracy of evaluation results.The model is applied to the research evaluation of graduate students in mining colleges.Through the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire,the results show that the scientific research ability of postgraduates from 211 mining universities is better than those from general mining universities,which is consistent with practical situation and has reference to the evaluation of postgraduatesscientific research ability.
