胰腺重复癌1例报告

<正>患者,男,76岁,因"体检发现胆总管扩张、主胰管扩张"于2016年4月24日入院。查体无特殊。入院后行腹部增强CT(见图1)提示:胆总管下段可疑结石?主胰管稍扩张;胃不充盈,壁增厚。上腹部增强MRI+MRCP(见图2)提示:肝内外胆管明显扩张;胆总管下段近壶腹部可疑小结石,管壁增厚强化,考虑胆管炎或其他。胰头信号欠均匀,主胰管全程扩张,考虑慢性胰腺炎或其他。CA19-9高达876. 29U/
