摘要
为了使光伏并网系统具有高升压比的同时具备高转换效率,提出了一种非隔离高效两级式并网系统。该系统前级采用电感电容(LC)并联谐振网络产生高电压增益,其开关器件实现了零电压开关(ZVS);后级为典型的单相全桥逆变电路经过LCL滤波后实现并网。阐述了两级式光伏并网系统的工作原理,设计了电路参数;搭建了两级式光伏并网系统仿真模型并基于设计参数进行了仿真验证。仿真实验结果表明,所提出的两极式谐振升压光伏并网系统技术方案切实可行,较之于传统技术方案,实现了非隔离式高升压比,提高了系统工作效率。
        In order to make the two-staged photovoltaic grid-connected system with high step-up ratio and high conversion efficiency,a non-isolated two-staged photovoltaic grid-connected system with high efficiency is proposed. The front system can achieve high voltage-gain using LC parallel resonant tank. Its switches have the features such as zero-voltage-switching( ZVS). The after system is a typical singlephase full bridge inverter connected with the LCL filter circuit,and realize the grid connection. The working principles of two-staged photovoltaic grid-connected system were given. And the circuit parameters were designed. The simulation model of two-staged photovoltaic grid-connected system was built. The simulation was carried out based on the design parameters. Simulation results show that the two-staged resonant step-up photovoltaic grid-connected system is correct,feasible and valid. Compared with the traditional technical scheme,it not only achieves the system with non-isolated and high step-up ratio,but also improves the efficiency of the system.
