神经内科偏瘫患者综合性康复治疗效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨神经内科偏瘫患者综合性康复治疗效果。方法:选取2015年1-11月本院收治的偏瘫患者80例,根据患者治疗方法将其分为常规组(n=40)和康复组(n=40)。常规组给予常规治疗,康复组给予综合性康复治疗,进行6个月随访,比较两组神经功能(NIHSS评分)、运动功能(Fugl-Meyer评分)及生活能力恢复(Barthel指数)状况、抑郁情况(HAMD评分)及临床疗效。结果:治疗6个月后,康复组NIHSS评分低于常规组,Fugl-Meyer、Barthel指数均高于常规组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复组治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于常规组的77.5%(P<0.05);康复组治疗后HAMD评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上给予神经内科偏瘫患者综合性康复治疗能有效改善患者神经功能、运动功能及生活能力,提高患者治疗效果,且能改善患者抑郁状况,效果显著,可推广运用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on patients with hemiplegia in neurology.Method:A total of 80 patients with hemiplegia from January to November 2015 in our hospital were selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into routine group(n=40)and rehabilitation group(n=40).Routine treatment was given in routine group and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment was given in rehabilitation group,follow-up for 6 months.The neurological function(NIHSS score),motor function(Fugl-Meyer score),recovery of living ability(Barthel index),depression(HAMD score)and clinical efficacy between two groups were compared.Result:After 6 months of treatment,the NIHSS score of rehabilitation group was lower than that of routine group,the Fugl-Meyer and Barthel index were higher than those of routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in rehabilitation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 77.5% in routine group(P<0.05).The HAMD score of rehabilitation group was lower than that of routine group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinic,comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for hemiplegic patients in neurology department can effectively improve the neurological function,motor function and living ability of patients,improve the treatment effect of patients,and improve the depressive status of patients,with remarkable effect,which can be popularized.
