摘要
推进变频器输出电压电平跳变幅值的增大,将对电机绕组绝缘及振动噪声性能产生影响。首先,该文对基于层叠载波调制的三电平H桥拓扑的推进变频器输出电压跳变异常现象,进行理论及仿真分析;其次,查明其产生机理,并确定其发生的条件是H桥单元左右半桥同时换流所致;然后,通过对H桥左右半桥控制调制波注入零序分量,避免了左右半桥同时换流导致的输出电压跳变异常问题。最后,通过仿真和实验验证所提方法的正确性、有效性。该文研究可为H桥拓扑推进变频器优化输出电压谐波,避免输出电压异常跳变提供一种解决思路。
        The increase of the inverter output voltage pulses magnitude will affect the insulation and vibration noise performance of the motor. Firstly, the paper presented the analytical and simulation analysis of the abnormal inverter output voltage pulses produced by the three-level H-bridge inverter. Secondly, the mechanism for abnormal voltage pulses was found to be simultaneous commutation of both left and right bridge legs of the H-bridge inverter. Third, by injecting zero sequence components to the modulation wave for the left and right bridge legs of H-bridge inverter, the problem of the occasional abnormal voltage pulses caused by the simultaneous commutation of the left and right half bridge legs was avoided. Finally, simulation and experimental results verified that the proposed method is effective in optimizing the output voltage harmonics of the h-bridge inverter and avoiding the abnormal output voltage pulses.
