摘要
选择性激光烧结(SLS)技术由于能够成形复杂熔模,因此在航空复杂铸件成形方面,其成形尺寸精度尤为关键。为了研究特征结构对其SLS成形尺寸精度的影响,以机匣零件中常存在的薄壁、圆孔和法兰特征结构作为研究对象。首先,以聚苯乙烯为材料,采用SLS技术制备试样,并采用三维扫描技术获得三组试样的变形结果;其次,在对扫描结果与原始几何模型进行对比的基础上,采用尺寸偏差对比和圆柱度对比等方法分析了3种结构对尺寸精度的影响。结果表明,圆孔结构使烧结件径向收缩不均匀,降低其尺寸精度;而法兰结构可限制烧结件变形,提高其尺寸精度
        Selective laser sintering(SLS)technology has been widely used in precision casting due to its ability to form complex investment patterns especially in the formation of complex parts of aerospace.The forming of investment pattern is an important part of investment casting,and the forming dimensional accuracy is especially important.In order to understand effect of the structure on the forming dimensional accuracy of SLS,the thin wall,circular hole and flange structure were analyzed in the investment castings.Firstly,polystyrene samples were prepared by SLS technology,and three-dimensional scanning techniques were used to obtain the deformation results of three sets of samples.Secondly,the scanning results were compared with the original geometric model,and the size deviation comparison and cylindricity comparison mean were used to analyze influence of structure on dimensional accuracy.It is concluded that the circular hole structure can change the radial contraction and reduce the dimensional accuracy.The flange structure can restrict the deformation of sintered parts and improve the dimension accuracy.
