摘要
利用新型诱变技术提高尼莫克汀的发酵水平。利用ARTP诱变技术,处理尼莫克汀菌种S1-2-50,获得高产菌种S2-1-13,摇瓶效价提高25%。应用于60吨发酵罐生产,发酵水平与初始菌种相比大幅提高了35%。根据实验结果显示,ARTP诱变技术能够有效的提高尼莫克汀的发酵水平。
To improve the fermentation level of nemadectin by new mutation technology. The ARTP mutation techology was used to treat the nemadectin S1-2-50. The high-yielding strain S2-1-13 was obtained with a 25 % increase in shake flask titer. Used in 60-tons fermentor production, the fermentation level increased by 35 % compared with the original strain. According to the experimental results, ARTP mutagenesis can effectively increase the fermentation level of nemadectin.
