尽责性与情绪稳定性对领导力的影响
摘要
基于领导力挑战模型和大五人格理论,探讨了责任心与情绪稳定性对领导力的预测作用。采用随机抽样的方法,运用问卷收集数据,结果显示:尽责性、情绪稳定性越高,领导能力越强。研究结果具有一定的现实意义,为领导力的培养提出了建议。
