摘要
解决某铅锌矿现有尾矿库库容不足的难题,提出全尾砂膏体充填技术。选矿厂尾矿浆分为2种,未洗硫尾矿浆浓度为10%,而经过洗硫工艺后的尾矿浆浓度为22%。采用22%浓度的洗硫尾砂添加絮凝剂A 25 g/t,10%未洗硫尾砂添加絮凝剂B 20 g/t后,经深锥膏体浓密机浓缩脱水,获得稳定的、达到设计浓度(72%)的底流料浆。膏体料浆工作流速为1.33 m/s,充填体28 d强度可达3.5~4 MPa。该技术仅使用一套充填系统,既兼容了矿山较大浓度差异的2种尾矿浆的全尾砂膏体充填,又解决了含Zn~(2+)尾矿膏体凝固性较差等问题,还有效解决矿山现有尾矿库库容不足的难题,保护当地生态环境,具有较好的环境效益和社会效益,适合在类似矿山推广应用。
        In order to solve the insufficient capacity problem of the existing tailings pond of a Pb-Zn mine, the unclassified tailings filling technique is proposed. There are two kinds of tailings slurry in the concentrator, the first is the unwashed sulfur tailing slurry with a concentration of 10%,the second is the tailing slurry after sulfur washing process with a concentration of 22%.The later is added with flocculant A 25 g/t, the former is added with flocculant B 20 g/t, concentrated dehydration of them is done by deep cone paste thickener, so as to obtain stable base flow slurry with a design concentration(72%). The working velocity of paste slurry is 1.33 m/s, strength of backfilling body for 28 days can reach 3.5~4 MPa. Only one filling system is used by the filling technique, not only the unclassified tailings paste filling of two kinds of tailings slurry with large difference in concentration in the mine is fully taken into account, but also problems such as poor coagulability of tailings paste containing Zn~(2+) is solved, besides that, insufficient capacity problem of the existing tailings pond of the mine is also solved, the ecological environment of the mining area is protected, the environmental and social benefits are both good, it is suitable for application in similar mines.
