摘要
红透山矿体规模较大,地质条件复杂,累计开拓深度超过1 700m。历史上曾应用多种采矿方法,如深孔阶段矿房法、浅孔留矿法、充填采矿法等。后随着开采深度的增加,地压显现的频度和强度增加、地质条件也有变化,为适应井下安全高效生产,与高校进行专题公关研究,最终确定采用"不留矿壁的矿床连续回采的两步开采方案:一步采用浅孔留矿法,二步采用分段凿岩阶段矿房法。经过多年的生产实践,上述二步矿房即分段凿岩阶段矿房法的工艺得到改进优化,具有采矿强度大、供矿稳定、有利于充填系统运转等优点,在企业的生产过程中具有很高的应用价值。
        The Hongtoushan ore body has a large scale and complex geological conditions,with a cumulative depth of over 1700 m.Historically,various mining methods have been applied,such as the deep hole stage mining method,the shallow hole retention method,and the filling mining method.After the increase of the mining depth,the frequency and intensity of the ground pressure increased,and the geological conditions also changed.In order to adapt to the safe and efficient production of the underground,the special public relations research was carried out with the university,and the"continuous mining of the deposit without the ore wall was finally determined.Two-step mining scheme:one-step shallow hole retention method and two-stage rock drilling stage mining method.After years of production practice,the above two-step mining room,that is,the stage rock drilling stage mining method is improved and optimized.It has the advantages of high mining intensity,stable ore supply,and favorable operation of the filling system.It has high application value in the production process of the enterprise.
