摘要
阐述高塔尿基复合肥板结机制,介绍史丹利农业集团股份有限公司遵循板结机制制备的高塔尿基复合肥专用ZLY型防板结剂,通过快速成型实验及肥料堆压试验验证其防板结效果。结果表明,ZLY型防板结剂添加量为肥料质量的0.25%时防板结效果理想,堆压45 d后肥料的松散度达97.96%,效果优于市售防板结剂。
        The hardening mechanism of the urea-based compound fertilizer by tower granulation is described,the special homemade anti-hardening agent ZLY for urea-based compound fertilizer by tower granulationproduced based on the hardening mechanism is introduced. The anti-hardening effect of ZLY is verified throughlaboratory simulation of rapid prototyping and natural stacking test. The results show that ZLY achieves the idealanti-hardening effect at the amount of 0.25% to the mass of fertilizer, the loose degree is 97.96% afterstockpiling 45 d,which is better than that of other anti-hardening agent brought from the market.
