摘要

为进一步提升产品竞争力,青海云天化国际化肥有限公司对2套200kt/a高塔复合肥生产装置进行技改。通过工艺优化、设备优化、控制优化,以及管理提升,高塔尿基复合肥吨产品原料消耗下降0.019 t,富余养分质量分数下降0.39个百分点,产能提升,最高日产量达到697 t。
        In order to further enhance the competitiveness of products,two sets of 200kt/a plants of urea-based compound fertilizer by high tower granulation in Qinghai Yuntianhua International Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd.are transformed. By optimizing the processes,equipment,control,and improving the management level,the raw material consumption of per ton product is decreased by 0.019 t, the surplus nutrient mass fraction is decreased by 0.39 percentage point,the production capacity is improved with the maximum daily yield of 697 t.
