摘要
局部通风机被普遍使用在煤矿掘进巷道的的通风中,为保证通风量的自动调控,通过模糊算法,分析讨论了局部通风机瓦斯限定模块。梳理出局部通风机调节条件,创建出瓦斯含量的模糊算法,并且绘制出模糊算法调节对照表。算法的输入值是瓦斯含量偏差和瓦斯含量偏差变化率,输出值是电机转速,设计了局部通风机的自动调控系统和系统关键环节的参数设置。以PLC的局部通风机调控装置为模糊调节的实现奠定了理论基础。
The local ventilator is widely used in the ventilation of coal mine roadway. In order to ensure the automatic regulation of ventilation,the local ventilator gas limitation module is analyzed and analyzed by fuzzy algorithm. The local ventilator adjustment conditions are combed, a fuzzy algorithm for gas content is created, and a fuzzy algorithm adjustment reference table is drawn. The input value of the algorithm is the gas content deviation and the gas content deviation change rate, and the output value is the motor speed. The automatic control system of the local fan and the parameter setting of the key parts of the system are designed. The theoretical basis of fuzzy control is realized by the local fan control device of PLC.
