摘要
为解决大型地面站电气导线互联系统复杂,传统的手工经验式布线易导致装配现场线束比较混乱、布线质量差的问题,采用CATIA软件对方舱机柜线缆进行三维建模,并在虚拟装配环境中开展集成布线装配仿真工艺设计,结果表明,新方法可大幅提高线束布置的正确性、可靠性、美观性和可维护性,实现布线操作无需再后续更改及返工。
The electric wire interconnection system of large UAV ground station is complex. The traditional manual wiring with experience often leads to assembly site wiring harness chaos and poor quality. The harness assembly correctness, reliability, aesthetic and maintainability are improved sharply by using CATIA 3D harness assembly model and simulation design in virtual assembly environment. Harness assembly operates without subsequent change and rework.
