企业经营管理文化诊断研究——以A企业为例

摘要
随着经济全球化和信息化的发展,企业经营管理文化建设成为企业不可或缺的核心竞争力。企业经营管理文化诊断作为企业文化建设的关键环节,尤为关键。通过案例研究对A公司的企业经营管理文化进行诊断,采用调查问卷的方式,借助OCAI量表进行数据分析,基于Denison模型运用AHP层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对A公司企业经营管理文化进行诊断评估,找出企业经营管理文化建设存在的问题并提出相关建议,促进企业的健康发展。
With the development of economic globalization and information technology, the construction of enterprise management culture has become an indispensable core competitiveness of enterprises. The diagnosis of enterprise management culture is the key link of enterprise culture construction, thus is quite critical.Through a case study on the diagnosis of the enterprise management culture of A Company, via questionnaire,with the assistance of OCAI scale for data analysis, based on Denison model, using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the enterprise management culture of A Company was diagnosed and evaluated, and the problems existing in enterprise management culture construction were found out and related suggestions were put forward, to promote the healthy development of enterprises.
