论高校体育教学的工作实效与改革指向
摘要
大学体育课程兼具高等教育及公众建设的双重特征,亟待秉承角色观察、实践交互的综合理念,重新审视大学体育课程脉络建构过程中角色期望、个体组织以及功能理论等方面的现实不足,指出应着力实现由"普通体育"向"多维组织"之间的深层次转换,贯彻落实高等体育教学中的办学理念、课程体系与社会职能,关注大学体育课程的衍生理论、社会属性及文化策略,从课程设置、考评标准、师资培养等层面出发,切实推进体育教育改革实效性发展。
The College Physics education curriculum has the dual characteristics of higher education and public construction, and it is urgent to uphold the comprehensive concept of role observation and practice interaction. This paper reexamines the realistic deficiencies of role expectation, individual organization and functional theory in the course of constructing college physical education curriculum, and points out that we should make great efforts to realize the deep transformation from "ordinary sports" to "multi-dimensional organization", carrying out the idea of running a school, curriculum system and social function in higher physical education teaching, paying attention to the derivative theory, social attribute and cultural strategy of university physical education curriculum,starting from the aspects of curriculum setting, evaluation standard and teacher training, etc., so as to push forward the actual effect development of physical education reform conscientiously.
