摘要
基于"领导和管理的时空理论",对"层次分析模型""维度分析模型"和"动态分析模型"的主要观点进行了综合,提出了层维动综合分析模型。基于该模型,提出了"三兼顾"(层次兼顾、维度兼顾、动态兼顾)、"三切换"(层次切换、维度切换、动态切换)和"三转换"(层次转换、维度转换、动态转换)的观点以及相关的理论命题和实践方法。总结了理论和实践贡献,并提出了未来的研究方向。
Based on the"time-space theory of leadership and management",this paper integrates the main ideas of level analysis model,dimension analysis model and dynamic analysis model,and puts forward the level-dimension-dynamic comprehensive analysis model.According to the level-dimension-dynamic comprehensive analysis model,it proposes the ideas of "Tri-Balancing" (Level Balancing,Dimensional Balancing and Dynamic Balancing),"Tri-Switching"(Level Switching,Dimensional Switching and Dynamic Switching) and "Tri-Transforming"( Level Transforming,Dimensional Transforming and Dynamic Transforming),and the corresponding theoretical propositions and practical methodologies for practical activities of leaders and managers.Finally,it summarizes the theoretical contribution and practical significance,and discusses the directions of future research.
