新疆地区沥青路面基面层间处治研究

摘要
针对气候特点对新疆地区沥青路面层间处治进行了气候分区,结合各分区温度与降雨特征分别推荐了层间处治沥青材料.综合温度、面层厚度、纵坡与车辆载重等因素对层间工作状态的影响,提出了新疆地区半刚性基层沥青路面层间工作状态分级及典型影响因素取值.基于渗透试验和层间抗剪试验,得到了不同透层材料、不同洒布量下的渗透深度与抗剪强度,确定了不同透层材料最佳洒布量.采用直剪试验,得到了不同碎石洒布量、不同沥青材料、不同沥青洒布量下基面层间抗剪强度,确定了封层碎石与沥青的最佳洒布量.同时,研究了风吹砂对基面层间结合状况的影响,分别得到了干燥与饱水状态下,风吹沙污染量与基面层间抗剪强度的回归函数.
        In light of the climate,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is divided into several partitions for different asphalt pavement inter-laminar treatments;and asphalt materials are recommended for every partition based on temperature and rainfall.Synthesizing the impact of the factors on inter-laminar working condition,such as temperature,surface thickness,longitudinal slope and vehicle capacity,the classification of working condition and the typical value of each factor are put forward for semi-rigid base asphalt pavement in Xinjiang Region.Penetration test and inter-laminar shear test are carried out to gain the penetration depth and shear strength with different prime coat materials and different spraying volume;and the optimal spraying volume of each material is finally determined.Direct shear test is applied to obtain the shear strength of the inter-laminar between the base layer and the surface layer with different amount of gravel,different asphalt material and different spraying volume;and the optimal spraying volume of gravel and each kind of asphalt in seal coat is determined.Meanwhile,the influence of blown sand on bond condition of the inter-laminar is analyzed;and the regression function between the pollution amount of blown sand and the shear strength under dry and saturated condition is concluded respectively.
